Kameleon Design respects the privacy of all users of its site and ensures that the personal information you provide to us is treated confidentially. We use your data to make orders elapse as fast and as easy as possible. For other things we will only use this information exclusively with your permission. Kameleon Design will not sell your personal information to third parties and will exclusively make it available to third parties which are involved in the execution of your order.

Kameleon Design uses the collected data to provide its customers with the following services: If you place an order, we need your name, email address and delivery address to carry out your order.
With your permission we will use your information to inform you about the development of the website and about special offers and promotions. If you no longer appreciate this, please let us know by sending us an e-mail.
To make the shopping at Kameleon Design as pleasant as possible, we will store your personal data and the data related to your order and the use of our services with your consent. This allows us to personalize the website and recommend you articles that you may find an interest in. In your Kameleon Design account, we save information like your name and address, telephone number, email address and delivery information, in order that you don’t have to fill it in with each new order.
Data on the use of our site and the feedback we receive from our visitors help us to further develop and improve our site.

3. Age restriction for ordering and data collection.
Data of people under 16 years of age. Our website and/or service does not intend to collect information of website visitors under 16 years of age, unless they have permission from parents or guardian. However, we cannot verify that a visitor to our website is over 16 years old. We therefore recommend that parents be involved in the online activities of their children in order to prevent the collection of information about their children without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal data about a minor without consent, please contact us. Subsequently, we will remove this information.
4. How long we keep personal data.
Kameleon Design keeps your personal data no longer than strictly necessary to achieve the goals for which your data is collected. We apply the following retention periods for the next (categories of) personal data:

Sharing of personal data with third parties:
Kameleon Design provides exclusively to third parties and only if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with any legal obligation.
5. Right to be forgotten
Under the “Algemene verordening gegevensbescherming (AVG)”, the right to be forgotten implies that, if a consumer so requests, Kameleon Design is required, in a limited number of cases, to remove personal data. When a consumer wants to use the right to remove their personal data, the web shop is obliged to comply with this if:
- The personal data of the consumer are no longer required for the purpose for which they were collected or processed;
- The consumer withdraws the consent to the processing of their data when there is also no other legal basis for the processing;
- The consumer objects to the processing and there is no other legal basis for processing the data;
- The personal data have been processed unlawfully;
- The deletion of the data is required in order to comply with legal obligations within the European Union or the member state.
After the consumer has submitted a request for removal, we will review and process it within four weeks. If you would like to invoke this right, please send an e-mail to info@Kameleon-Design.nl to specify the information you want to delete.
Kameleon Design has a legitimate interest in retaining some of the data which we are legally obliged to do. This includes billing information that is interwoven in the accounts.
